Home Away from Home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath ranch style home. Kitchen and dining area is open. Extra blankets are available in the closets in each bedroom. Please leave empty vacuum seal bags in closet if blankets are needed/used. Kitchen is stocked with toaster, blender, Keurig, pots & pans, plates/bowls/glasses for adults and children, cooking utensils, can opener, and bakeware. Some spices are available. Starter supply of paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, & coffee/sugar/creamer. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap & 3 rolls of toilet paper. Laundry area has starter supply of laundry detergent & dryer sheets. You will find a 55" Roku Smart TV in the living room, 43" Roku Smart TV in the master bedroom, and a 32" Roku Smart TV in each of the extra bedrooms. Each tv is set to "guest mode" so you are welcome to sign into your own accounts on any streaming apps, such as YouTube TV, Hulu, Netflix, etc (you may need to add the app) and you will automatically be signed out at checkout time. See the printout on the table below the LR tv or on the nightstands/desk in the bedrooms. Blink doorbells are located at driveway entrance and front & side entry for security of front yard and driveway. Back porch light is a Blink light for backyard security. ***EXTERIOR monitoring ONLY*** with motion activated recording.

Evidence of any animal will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and incur a$150 fee to cover extra cleaning fees. Evidence of any animal after checkout will result in an extra $300. ~ No smoking inside the property (including vaping/e-cigarettes) due to owner's medical reasons. Detection of smoking inside the property will incur an extra $300 fee. ~ No parties, special events, or gathers of any kind allowed. Only the registered guests are to be on the property during the reservation for liability purposes. Additional guests on the property will result in additional fee of $150 per guest/per occurrence or termination of rental agreement and removal of entire group from premises with NO REFUND, whichever the host chooses. Number of people on reservation will be monitored via exterior motion activated cameras & strictly enforced. ~ Use of confetti/glitter is prohibited. As well as hanging of any decorations on any surfaces. If damage or extra cleaning is required due to confetti/glitter/decorations an additional fee of $150 will be charged to the booking guest. ~ No illegal activities: Verbal or physical abuse of any person(s), illegal sexual behavior, or drug use, including marijuana. No hunting or discharging of firearms. These activities will result in termination of your reservation and immediate removal of all guests from the property with no refund. ~Unapproved late check-out will result in a $125 fee. ~If extra cleaning is required by cleaners, guest will be charged for all extra time billed by cleaner. ~No mail or packages can be sent to guests at the property. ~All trash placed in trash can on back deck must be in trash bags. ~ No climbing on fencing. ~ Power and internet outages during your stay are out of my control but will do everything in my power to make sure the service is restored ASAP. Please report issues as soon as noted. ~ CANCELLATIONS: Owner adheres to a “Moderate Cancellation Policy” ** Receive a full refund of accommodation fees if cancellation is at least 5 days before check-in. Cancel within 5 days of check-in, there is no refund for the first night and only 50% of the booking fees will be refunded on each additional night booked. Taking any number of days off a reservation is considered a partial cancellation and you will be charged 100% of the first night of the cancellation, plus one additional night & 50% any remaining nights of the cancellation. **Guest is advised to purchase Travel Insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen issues that may come up.**
